Tai Chi Beginner Part 2

Beginner Part 2 classes are a continuation of the Beginner Part 1 classes. In the Beginner Part 1 classes students learn postures 1 -12 of the 37 postures that comprise the choreography of the entire “T’ai Chi Form”.

In the Beginner Part 2 classes postures 13 – 25 are taught. The class meets once a week for one hour, for ten weeks: 7 classes at Strathmore (4/30, 5/7, 6/11, 6/18, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23); 3 classes on Zoom (5/28, 6/4, 7/30).

No Classes (5/14, 5/21, 6/25, 7/2)

All Cloud Hands Tai Chi Students who attend classes at our Strathmore location must wear a mask at all times. This policy is subject to change.
