About This Class

Join Angela Ingram for a Gyrokinesis® class and get moving with ease! During each class, the entire body is taken through seven types of spinal movement (bending forward, extending backward, side-arching left and right, twisting left and right, and moving in a circular pattern, all in a highly organized, deliberate sequence guided by breath work and the 3 key principles which you will discover in class. 

Join us for Summer! The Late Summer Session consists of 6 weeks- Sunday August 4, 2024 through Sunday September 15, 2024. Classes will not be held on Sunday, July 7 or Sunday, September 1, 2024.

Registration Information

Summer Session: $40.50 / 3 weeks 

Late Summer Session: $81 / 6 weeks

Drop-In: $15

This is an in-person class at CityDance @ Friendship Heights, 5207 Wisconsin Ave NW Washington DC 20015.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If a class has low attendance, it may be subject to cancellation. Cancellation decisions for morning classes will be made by 9pm the night before and for evening classes by 3pm that day. In the event you cannot attend your purchased/scheduled drop-in class, please email adults@citydance.net prior to the start of class to reschedule.
