Whether you’re taking your very first dance class or a seasoned dancer looking to improve your skills, Studios has you covered! Studios offers weekly adult dance classes and workshops for all levels in a variety of styles in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Sign Up for Fall!
Our Adult Weekly Class Fall Session starts on Monday, September 14. Check out the class schedule below, including our new beginner level classes on Wednesdays.
Bring a Friend Week is Back!
Starting Monday, September 21 through Sunday, September 27 all registered (either session or drop-in) adult students are invited to bring one new friend to class with them for FREE. All new students/friends must fill out a short form and liability waiver at the front desk prior to attending class. All new friends are also automatically entered in a raffle to win a free drop-in class of their choice! Those who enjoyed their experience and want to continue will also be pro-rated for the Fall Session.
Applies to all adult weekly classes excluding Flamenco Repertoire and Tai Chi. Workshops not included. Student and their friend must attend the same class.

Dance for Everybody
Not sure where to start? Check out our level guide below to find the perfect fit for your dance experience.
Beginner (0 years of experience)
A class for true beginners. Learn the basic fundamentals of dance and progress through classes and courses that will build confidence in whatever style you choose.
Advanced Beginner (1-4 years of experience)
Prior dance class experience and some knowledge of dance terminology and class etiquette recommended. Class moves at a steady pace, but the teacher is not breaking down the steps and demonstrating as often.
Intermediate (5-8 years experience)
Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in discipline and general dance terminology recommended. Begin to explore more intricate choreography while polishing your technical skills. Learn to pick up combinations quickly with confidence.
Advanced (9+ years experience):
Previous extensive dance experience recommended. Immerse yourself in professional level choreography and exercises. Improve your musicality, performance quality, technique and improvisation skills.
All Levels
Open to all ages and levels of experience. A fun, challenging class great for first timers as well as seasoned dancers.
