OVERVIEW
Get More Out of Your Studios Experience
Studios Dance Team is a community performance team made up of students who wish to commit additional time and energy towards weekend rehearsals and performance opportunities. Dance Team performs in several events throughout the season, including the Washington Wizards Pre Game Show and Studios’ annual Spring Recital.
- Ages 10 through 18
- Must be enrolled in minimum 2 technique classes during the school year
- No audition required but must attend Tryouts for Team placement
- Attend mandatory Saturday rehearsals during the school year
- Participate in up to 3-4 dances per season in jazz, hip hop, modern, and more
- Season runs August through June
- Located in Friendship Heights, DC

Summer Kick Off Camp
Summer Kick Off Camp is an opportunity for Dance Team dancers to jump start their season by learning choreography that will be performed in the Fall. Kick Off Camp is only open to Dance Team members who have registered for Tryouts.
