Xiomara Reyes & Rinat Imaev Residency

From November 11 – 15, we were honored to welcome Xiomara Reyes and Rinat Imaev to lead masterclasses for our Pre-Professional Classical Track students. Ms. Reyes, born in Cuba, had an acclaimed international career as a Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theatre after dancing with the National Ballet of Cuba and the Royal Ballet of Flanders. Mr. Imaev, a Gold Medalist at the Varna International Ballet Competition and graduate of the Vaganova Ballet Academy, is an internationally respected ballet teacher, choreographer, and former Principal Dancer.

Over the course of their residency, students had the opportunity to learn from two master artists who carry decades of international experience and a deep commitment to classical ballet training. We are so grateful to Ms. Reyes and Mr. Imaev for sharing their expertise and passion with our Conservatory students!
