Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Veronika Part began in artistic gymnastics before training at the Vaganova Ballet Academy (Class of 1996). She joined the Kirov Ballet, becoming a soloist in 1998, performing roles such as Nikiya (La Bayadère), Odette-Odile (Swan Lake), Myrta (Giselle), and the Lilac Fairy (The Sleeping Beauty), as well as works by Balanchine and Neumeier.
In 2002, Part joined American Ballet Theatre as a soloist, later promoted to principal in 2009. Her repertoire with ABT includes Terpsichore (Apollo), Nikiya (La Bayadère), Kitri (Don Quixote), Sugar Plum Fairy (The Nutcracker), Manon, Sylvia, Raymonda, and numerous works by Balanchine, Ratmansky, and Kudelka. She is recognized for her versatility, technical precision, and expressive artistry across classical and contemporary repertoire.
