Natalie Palumbo brings a lifelong love of the arts and a deep commitment to community to her role at CityDance. Born and raised in Naples, Italy, surrounded by folk music and vibrant cultural traditions. She supported and participated in theatrical and dance initiatives organized by public schools and cultural institutions, helping preserve traditional forms of artistic expression.
Natalie moved to Maryland with her family and quickly embraced the area’s diverse and multicultural community. Since joining CityDance, she has supported the organization through various administrative, logistical, and operational responsibilities. As Front Desk Manager, she ensures that dancers and their families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the doors.
