Kathleen Timm

Raised in Silver Spring, Kathleen Timm began studying dance at a young age, training in a variety of genres, from ballet and jazz to traditional Irish dance. Her early experiences in the studio sparked both a passion for the arts and a strong sense of community that continue to shape her work today. She earned her BA in Art History from Fordham University, where she was a founding member of the Fordham Dance Team.

Since joining the CityDance Operations department in the summer of 2015, she has been proud to support all of the talented dancers who walk through our doors. Now also a CityDance parent, she loves sharing her passion for dance with her son.
