Dawn Hendricks is the President & CEO of FM Talent Source, an award-winning minority woman-owned recruiting and management consulting firm serving government, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. With over two decades of strategic leadership, Dawn has transformed FM Talent into a nationwide practice with over 150 staff across 12 states and Puerto Rico. Her expertise spans project management, recruitment, and business strategy, and she is known for translating complex financial and operational goals into actionable, measurable outcomes. A certified PMP, she holds a BBA from Hofstra University and an MS in Human Resource Management from American University.
Dawn brings deep board governance experience, currently serving as Chairwoman of the Greater Washington Urban League and a board member of CityDance School and Conservatory. She is recognized for implementing board best practices, driving organizational transformation, and elevating underserved voices. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including America’s Top Woman of Distinction and Top 50 Women Leaders in Maryland. A third-generation entrepreneur and passionate advocate for equity, Dawn is a speaker on workforce development and entrepreneurship.
