Our People

Annika Wiebers

Annika Wiebers started dancing at age three at a local studio in Manhattan, Kansas. She took a break from dance in middle school, but returned to the studio for her senior year of high school. That year, Annika fell in love with dance all over again and declared a secondary major in dance at Kansas State University. During college, Annika taught at a local studio, attended American College Dance Association conferences as both a performer and a choreographer, and performed in multiple professional shows. Annika also received several grants to support her choreographic research projects focusing on contemporary partner work and weight sharing.

Annika started as a teacher’s assistant and substitute teacher at CityDance in 2025 and now teaches her own classes as well as helping alter costumes for the Spring Recital.
