Tai Chi Beginner Part 3  

In the Beginner Part 3 Tai Chi classes students learn the third/final section of the Tai Chi form (postures 26-37). Students registering for this class can also attend a Zoom class on Thursday evening with the same content. A link to a recording of the Zoom class will be sent weekly, and can be used to assist in practicing the movements between classes.
