- No prorated credit or refunds will be issued for missed days of camp during the session.
POTTY TRAINING POLICY
All campers attending Day Camps are expected to be fully potty-trained by their first day of camp. Families should provide an extra set of clothes with campers if a camper has a history of bathroom accidents. If an accident occurs during camp hours, Studios Staff will notify the camper’s primary parent/guardian.
If Studios Staff determines that your camper is not fully independent in toileting while at camp, CityDance Studios reserves the right to assess a $25 cleaning fee and/or dismiss your camper in extreme circumstances. This will occur without a refund (or portion thereof) or credit towards a future program. This will occur only after discussion between staff and parent/guardian has occurred.
