Corrections Class (for continuing students)

9:00 am – 10:30 am

This class is for students who are familiar with the entire choreography of the 37 postures T’ai Chi form as taught by Professor Cheng Man-ch’ing. Students will refine and clarify the external postures, as well as develop an appreciation for the more subtle internal changes that create the external shape. Students will also do collaborative partnered exercises, then apply the learning to the solo form. The class meets once a week for 90 minutes, for eight weeks.
