Freshen up your Friday routine with this all levels contemporary dance class with Sarah Beth Oppenheim. Dancers will find all the hallmarks of a traditional contemporary class – plies, tendus, across the floor, and phrase work – while exploring fluidity, groundedness, expression, community, and their own unique movement styles. Advanced dancers will be challenged, intermediate dancers will enjoy multiple points of entry, and newcomers will be warmly welcomed.

Fall Break: Monday, November 23 – Sunday, November 29, 2026

Winter Break: Monday, December 21 – Sunday, January 3, 2027

Martin Luther King Jr Day: Monday, January 18, 2027


CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

If a class has low attendance, it may be subject to cancellation. Cancellation decisions for morning classes will be made by 9pm the night before and for evening classes by 3pm that day. In the event you cannot attend your purchased/scheduled drop-in class, please email [email protected] by 9pm the day before to receive a full credit and/or reschedule your drop-in class. Cancellation emails received after 9pm the night before will receive a 50% class credit. If a cancellation email has not been sent before the start of class, our No Show policy takes effect and you will forfeit the full class credit.
