ABOUT THE JACKSON METHOD

Aaron Jackson’s open classes are designed for adult students and professional artists who aspire to reach their full potential through individualized guidance and corrective action during class. His curriculum draws on his training at the School of American Ballet and his professional experience.

The Jackson Method for Adult Ballet develops the fundamental strength and stability needed for advanced ballet classes. It clarifies balletic posture, épaulement, plié, balance, turnout, transitional steps, extension, and alignment for pirouettes, turns, and jumps.

Through structured barre and center work, Aaron encourages students to engage more intelligently and efficiently. The focus is on clean, consistent ballet technique in a supportive, dynamic, and passionate environment.
