Young dancers Corbin Holloway, Ella Berton, and Simon Tischler of The CityDance Conservatory’s professional training program participated in the USA International Ballet Competition (USAIBC), a prestigious global competition from June 10- 24, 2023 in Jackson, Mississippi. The event takes place every four years and is often referred to as “the Olympics of Ballet.” The dancers engaged in a rigorous three-week selection process alongside 119 other dancers chosen from around the world. They all performed beautifully and Simon and Corbin advanced to the second round and then Corbin to the final round where he received a special award and proudly represented the USA on the awards podium! We are so proud of their accomplishments!
