Tai Chi: Form Corrections

Continuing students who have already learned the 37 posture form can refine and enhance their performance in this class. Students should be familiar with the entire choreography of the T’ai Chi form. This class covers all 37 movements of the T’ai Chi form.

Schedule Adjustments

Class will not be held on Sunday, February 20^th and Sunday, March 27^th.

Class will be virtual on Sunday, April 3^rd and Sunday, April 10^th

All adult students are required to submit proof of vaccination prior to attending the first class. In addition, all adult students are also required to submit a COVID-19 PCR test prior to the first day of class. Students will receive an email in January with instructions about how to upload these documents.
