Tai Chi Beginner: Part 1

In the Beginner Part 1 class students learn postures 1 -12 of the 37 postures that comprise the choreography of the entire “T’ai Chi Form”.  Each class meets In-Person, once a week for one hour, for ten weeks. The same posture is taught on Zoom Thursday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. Students are encouraged to attend both In-Person and Zoom classes whenever possible to reinforce the learning. You do not have to learn the entire form. You can stop taking classes at any time and continue to practice and benefit from the part of the T’ai Chi form that you have learned.

Schedule Adjustments

Class will not be held on Sunday, February 20^th and Sunday, March 27^th.

Class will be virtual on Sunday, April 3^rd and Sunday, April 10^th

All adult students are required to submit proof of vaccination prior to attending the first class. In addition, all adult students are also required to submit a COVID-19 PCR test prior to the first day of class. Students will receive an email in January with instructions about how to upload these documents.
