About This Class
This fitness class with Amanda Holland is designed for dancers and non-dancers alike who want long, lean muscles without complicated steps or combinations. Set to pop music, students will go through conditioning exercises focusing on minor muscle groups, core, and alignment. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, and leave class stronger than when you walked in!
*Students are encouraged to bring their own mat to class.
The first session consists of 10 weeks – Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 through Wednesday, November 16th, 2022.
Session: $135 / 10 weeks
