Jade Diouf is a YoungArts Foundation Finalist!

Exciting news from CityDance Conservatory! Our very own Jade Diouf has been named a 2019 YoungArts Foundation Finalist, the organization's highest honor. Jade has been recognized for her outstanding artistic achievements and joins 710 of the nation’s most promising young artists in the visual, literary, design and performing arts from 44 states.  YoungArts winners gain access to one of the most comprehensive programs for emerging artists in the United States, offering financial, professional and artistic development opportunities over the course of their careers. It's an incredible honor that one of our Conservatory dancers has been selected as a finalist, and we wish Jade luck as she spends this week in Miami, Florida for further adjudication at the 38th annual National YoungArts Week.

Watch a livestream of Jade's solo performance of Choreographer-in-Residence / Ignite Artist Robert J. Priore's "Cirque de Nuit" on Wednesday, January 9 at 8pm at youngarts.org.
