CityDance FilmWORKS pursues a strong commitment to forging partnerships around the nation and world to strengthen the dance-on-camera community.

FilmWORKS’ maintains an important partnership with Dance Film Assocation, Inc., a New York-based organization that promotes excellence in dance-on-camera and public awareness of the art form through festivals, screenings, publications, grants, and workshops. FilmWORKS also partners with local organizations such as the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Music Center at Strathmore, and DancePlace to present film screenings and festivals in Washington, DC.
