CityDance Ensemble seeks male and female modern dancers ages 18 and up for the 2009-2010 season. Strong modern and ballet technique is required, previous professional experience preferred. Dancers will be hired for a minimum contract of 35 weeks and must be available to rehearse Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. Salary is commensurate with experience.

For the audition, please prepare a short (3-minute maximum) solo that will be shown as the final part of the day’s audition. Bring resume with head shot stapled to the back (do not mail). No early DVD submissions will be accepted.

Sign in begins at 12:30pm. Audition will begin at 1pm sharp and will include a short warm-up.

Washington, DC Audition

International Dancers

International dancers who are unable to attend our audition in New York or Washington, DC may submit a DVD of solo dancing, along with a resume and headshot.
